Everyone has a unique story that is valuable. It is important for me to understand and help others to continue to write their own. I have a passion working with both adults and teens to gain high self-confidence and self-esteem. It is very powerful for me to watch as others gain their personal strength for themselves. I specialize in DBT, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, communication skills, co-dependent relationships, stress management, life transitions, grief and addictions.
